Dancer

Geetha started her training at Lewisham College and went on to gain a First-Class degree in Dance at Chichester University.

She has performed, choreographed and taught dance worldwide, as a solo artist and with companies such as Seven Sisters, The Jiving Lindy Hoppers, The Lindy Hop Dance Company and of course the Swing Time Jivers.

She has been lucky enough to work alongside fantastic bands such as The Tuxedo Jazz Orchestra, Glenn Miller Orchestra UK conducted by Ray McVay and the Boston Pops. Career highlights include becoming a Guinness World record holder for the most swing flips in a minute, dancing with Lindy greats Frankie Manning and Sugar Sullivan, and performing across 24 states in an American tour with Warren Vaché and the New York City All Star Big Band.
